Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full session fee may still apply.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at my discretion.
