Welcome to my journey of healing and discovery! Growing up between the shores of Ormond Beach and beautiful Lake Superior in Copper Harbor Michigan, my passion for holistic health blossomed in my years after high school.  With a curiosity  In holistic health, spirituality and nutrition I decided to travel west.  In 1996, I moved to Colorado, where my life transformed through Reiki training and deep studies in energy, intuitive work, massage therapy, reflexology, meditation and nutrition.  

 

My experiences, including working with Hospice at Greeley Hospital and Orthopedic Center for the Rockies, have fueled my dedication to exploring the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.  I was also grateful to  continue my Reiki Journey at the International Center for Reiki training with my instructors teacher, Dr. William Lee Rand in Detroit Michigan. Coming full circle many years later and getting certified in the new upgraded Holy Fire Reiki.

In 2002 I moved back to my hometown in Michigan with a vision to build a wellness center rooted in community and nature. Established in 2004, our wellness center was crafted from locally sourced materials, embodying a blend of cultural traditions  and sustainable practices. . With 25 years of evolution, we proudly offer a range of services, including massage therapy, Reiki, energy healing, and sound therapy, alongside hosting memorable wedding parties and retreats.

Recently we have decided to return home to Florida as snowbirds and I'm very excited to open up a winter destination for Spirit of the North!   Now serving the central Florida region I'm sharing space with local therapists here in Port Orange and looking forward to serving you!
